Mindfulness Small Group Sessions starting February 2020

Summary:

  • 4 x 1 hour sessions in small groups - maximum of 6 people

  • To run on Wednesday evenings from 6pm - 7pm during February 2020

  • Facilitated by Psychologists

  • Total cost $120 for all 4 sessions - payable up front (no refunds for cancellations)

Program:
 

Each session will contain some psycho-education on the week's topic as well as a mindfulness meditation practice related to the topic:
 

Week 1: 5th February 2020 - Overview of mindfulness, mindfulness meditation practice 
 
Week 2: 12th February 2020 - Mindfulness and thoughts 
 
Week 3: 19th February 2020 - Mindfulness and body 

Week 4: 26th February 2020 - Mindful self compassion
