DR ASH SANGHA

OSTEOPATH

B.H.Sci., B.App. Sci (Osteo)

Ash developed a fascination for human anatomy from a young age while witnessing as well as sustaining multiple injuries through various sports. This led her towards Osteopathy which deepened her understanding and appreciation of the human body and the cohesion of all its systems.

While studying Osteopathy, Ash sat on the Monash and La Trobe Medical Teams for the 2014 and 2015 Australian and Southern University Games where she provided first aid and treatments to the competing athletes. In her final year of studies, she completed a one-month internship in India working at multidisciplinary hospitals. During this time, she was fortunate enough to witness multiple orthopaedic surgeries as well as manage pre and post-operative patients as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Ash enjoys working with her patients to understand their goals and tailoring a treatment plan based off the needs of each individual patient.

In her spare time, you’ll find Ash at the gym, doing yoga, working on her personal development or spending some quality time with her family and friends.
