As our practice is growing appointments are becoming more difficult for patients to obtain at their desired times. Missed appointments or late cancellations affect practitioners, staff and more importantly it affects other patients who lose the ability to see their practitioner by you holding that appointment time.

When circumstances prevent you from keeping your appointment (except in an emergency) we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation but would prefer longer if possible. This enables us to reallocate your appointment to another patient in need.
