Pav is known for bringing warmth, honesty, and humour to her sessions. She sees people aged from 16 years and up experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, and life challenges related to relationships, education, career, pregnancy, parenthood, and intersectionality.
Pav has research, teaching, and clinical experience across a range of mental health services, including hospitals, community health settings, universities, and private practice. She offers short- and long-term therapy tailored to individual client needs. She employs an integrative therapeutic approach, combining traditional and modern techniques, including CBT, schema therapy, internal family systems, compassionate inquiry, neuroscience, attachment theory, and Eastern philosophy.
Pav believes psychotherapy not only benefits the treatment of mental health disorders but is also key to prevention. She is dedicated to helping her clients enhance their psychological resilience through a deeper understanding of their minds.
