Pav is known for bringing warmth and humour to her sessions. She sees adults and adolescents experiencing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, adult ADHD, family and relationship conflict, and trauma. Pav employs a holistic therapeutic approach, integrating traditional and modern techniques, including CBT, schema therapy, internal family systems, and compassionate inquiry.
Pav has experience across a range of mental health services, including hospitals, community health settings, universities, and private practice. She has research and clinical expertise in the area of attachment, emotional availability, and perinatal mental health. She also has unique experience supporting BIPOC health and wellbeing, supporting clients to navigate sociocultural issues related to identity and race.
Pav believes psychotherapy not only benefits the treatment of mental health disorders but is also key to prevention. She believes understanding one’s mind can lead to greater resilience in the face of life’s uncertainties.
