Pav is known for bringing warmth and humour to her sessions. She sees adults and adolescents experiencing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, family and relationship conflict, and trauma. Pav uses an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies including CBT, schema therapy, and internal family systems.


Pav has research and clinical expertise in the area of attachment, emotional availability, and perinatal mental health. She also has unique experience supporting BIPOC health and wellbeing, supporting clients to navigate sociocultural issues related to identity and race. 


Pav believes psychotherapy not only benefits treatment of mental health disorders but is also key to prevention. She believes understanding one’s mind can lead to greater resilience in the face of life’s uncertainties.
