Russell Boyle is an accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who enjoys exercise and is passionate about helping others. He completed his Master of Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation at Victoria University, with completion of a systematic review and meta-analysis minor thesis into the effects of exercise as a therapy for Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Health and wellness are vitally important and come in many forms that are individual for everyone. Russell believes in working collaboratively with clients, through communication and feedback to achieve the client’s goals. 

Since graduating Russell has also been a sessional teacher at Victoria University into the undergraduate unit ‘Resistance training’, as well as working as a Strength and conditioning coach for Netball Victoria state teams and the NBL1 Melbourne Tigers basketball team.


Outside of work, Russell enjoys watching all sports, particularly basketball, AFL, and Formula 1. Participating in team sports, walking whenever possible, walking ‘Felix’ the dog and enjoying a laugh. Russell has recently purchased a 4WD and is starting to discover the high plains of Victoria through the 4WD trails.
