Price List and Rebates
The Neighbourhood Clinic is a private billing clinic. This means we charge a fee for service, and there will likely be an out of pocket cost for all appointments after any Medicare/private health/third party rebates have been processed.
If your consultation is eligible for a Medicare rebate, we can process your Medicare claim at the time of your appointment, and you will receive your rebate instantly or within 24-48 hours. If you have a third party billing arrangement (e.g. with TAC, WorkSafe, NDIS), you will be required to pay The Neighbourhood Clinic on the day of service, and arrange any reimbursements with the relevant third party.
Late cancellation/missed appointment fees apply for GP doctor appointments not attended or cancelled within 3 hours of the appointment time. For all other appointment types, a fee applies for appointments not attended or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Rebates or alternative funding arrangements are not applicable to missed appointments.
Please bring proof of concession to ALL appointments.
