Bridget is a registered psychologist who is committed to working from the biopsychosocial model. She is passionate about helping clients understand the mind–body connection to then work towards developing their confidence to cope independently. Bridget works with clients presenting with issues relating to Depression, Anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions and adjustments to health changes.

With special areas of interest in chronic pain and healthy ageing Bridget strives to work collaboratively with other members of the client’s treating team to ensure the client is able to achieve realistic functional goals. She uses evidenced based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as well as drawing on principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. She also teaches mindfulness and relaxation skills.
